What can I say that hasn’t already been said? I read this right after Throne of Glass and I was worried that it could not compare to the masterpiece series she has created in TOG. I was wrong. I immediately became invested in the story through her unique characters and well-planned world building. This book was shorter and faster to read than I anticipated. It laid the groundwork for what feels likes a binge-worthy series. I’m already excited for the next book!
In short: It’s worth the hype. Read this!
